The Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education (HBCSE) is undeniably the most prestigious research and development institution in Mumbai, India. It operates under the umbrella of the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) and focuses on enhancing at various levels. HBCSE conducts Olympiads to judge potentials of science and mathematics education of budding researchers of schools and offers them scholarship. HBCSE conducts various outreach programs to create awareness and generate interest in science and mathematics education. It is looks for talents of national and international levels through two major Olympiads:

• International Mathematics Olympiad(IMO)
• International Science Olympiad(ISO)
