
LSAT
Overview
The Law School Admission Test (LSAT) is a standardized test administered worldwide by the Law School Admission Council (LSAC). The LSAT is designed to assess the skills deemed essential for success in law school, including reading comprehension, analytical reasoning, logical reasoning, and writing ability. It serves as a standardized measure to help law schools evaluate applicants’ readiness for legal education. he LSAT is a standardized, multiple-choice exam divided into several sections: Logical reasoning, Reading comprehension and Writing Skills. The LSAT is scored on a scale of 120 to 180, with the median score typically around 150. Each multiple-choice section is scored on a scale of 120 to 180, and the writing sample is scored separately on a scale of 0 to 6. Scores are reported approximately three weeks after the test date.
Why LSAT ?
Many law schools in the United States, Canada, and other countries require or accept LSAT scores as part of the admissions process. Law schools consider LSAT scores, along with other factors such as undergraduate GPA, letters of recommendation, and personal statements, when making admissions decisions.
Eligibility
- LSAT scores are typically valid for five years from the date of the test administration.
- 10+2 examination (or its equivalent) from any recognized board with min 50 marks.

CLAT
Overview
Being a lawyer is one of the most prestigious professional paths available in India. The CLAT, commonly referred to as The Common Law Admission Test, is a national admission examination. Admission is available through the exam for both undergraduate and graduate programmes at India’s 22 national law universities. In addition to the NLUs, a large number of additional universities also accept CLAT scores for admission.
Why CLAT ?
The only exam in India that gives you a chance to get into the esteemed NLUs is CLAT. The NLUs are India’s top-ranked law schools and are regarded as the IITs of law. The CLAT gives you the chance to land excellent jobs at some of the best businesses. According to the NLU placement records, on average, NLU students receive placements ranging from Rs 3 to 20 lakh per year at the conclusion of a law course. A successful legal career can be attained by taking the CLAT. To gain admission to an integrated-LLB course, you can take the exam as soon as you finish high school. After earning a law degree, many opportunities become available.
Eligibillity
- Candidates who fall under the General, OBC, PWD, NRI, PIO, or OCI categories must have obtained 45% overall in their qualifying examination (i.e., the 10+2 or a similar examination) or its equivalent.Candidates who fall under the SC/ST category must have received a 40% overall score or an equivalent.
- Candidates from the General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories must have an LLB degree or have passed an exam with a minimum score of 50% or its equivalent.Candidates from the SC/ST category must have a cumulative GPA of 45% or an equivalent grade.
- Candidates for the final year, however, must provide evidence that they passed the qualifying examination at the time of admission; otherwise, they will not be eligible to be considered for admission.
- Candidates will not be considered for admission if they do not provide their marksheets or certificates of graduation with the required marks.

AILET
Overview
AILET, All India Law Entrance Test. This exam is conducted by National Law University, Delhi for admission in undergraduate, postgraduate and doctorate level law courses.
This exam syllabus includes English, General Knowledge, Elementary Mathematics, Legal Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
Exam is usually lengthy and candidates find it difficult to complete the exam on time.
The AILET UG exam usually has 150 objective type question.
Why AILET ?
AILET exam is good to take admission in most prestigious National Law Universities in India. Through this exam one can secure admission only in NLU Delhi.
Eligibility
1- One should secure at least 50% score in 10+2
2- There is no age limit
3- Candidates who appear for class 12 th exam can also give the AILET exam.
